We like picturing ourselves as humble servants of Italian varietals. We have been working with about 90 producers and we feel the privilege and responsibility to represent them in Australia. We have to give them the attention and commercial effort needed to sell their products and respect their work and heritage. Having said that, we are always eager to taste new wines and meet more Italian producers.
